★ Our Story ★

Built on Service.

Alpine Contracting was not created overnight. It was built from decades of construction experience, military service, family values, and a belief that people deserve contractors they can trust.

My father, Larry Jessip, is an Army veteran who has been in the construction industry since 1980. After serving his country, he built his career in concrete, foundations, and basement construction — eventually founding L&S Basements, a company he successfully operated for 15 years. His decades of hands-on craftsmanship became the foundation for what Alpine Contracting represents today.

After serving in the United States Marine Corps, I returned home and continued that same tradition of service. I began my roofing career with Pyramid Roofing as a Project Manager — managing projects, working alongside crews, and ensuring jobs were completed with quality and integrity. That journey continued at Rhino Roofing, where Larry and I had the opportunity to work alongside each other, combining his decades of construction experience with my background in leadership and operations.

In 2016, Larry founded Alpine Contracting with the vision of creating a family-owned company built on trust and craftsmanship. Years later, our separate paths came together with one shared vision — continuing Alpine Contracting as a company that represents our family's values, military service, and generations of construction experience. From an Army veteran father to a Marine Corps veteran son — built on service, leadership, and commitment.

"Honor. Courage. Commitment."

— More than a roof. A legacy of protecting what matters most.
